The Watch
Louis Brandt (born year 1825) founded an assembly workshop in La Chaux-de-Fonds back in 1848 - that was the beginning of OMEGA. His sons; Loius-Paul Brandt and César Brandt further developed the company and were among the first to apply refined mechanical manufacturing procedures to high quality watches.
The year 1894 saw the beginning of the production of the famous Omega calibers, remarkable for its perfect construction. With the end of the second World War Omega is overwhelmed with orders. In this period this rare Omega was made!

The Condition
This rare vintage Omega is in a great condition despite its age. The case is in good condition with very few scratches. The crown is original and in very good condition. The dial is original and got some natural ageing and signs of wear as you can see in the pictures. The crystal is original Omega, but got a small crack in the side. This is hard to see when the watch is on the wrist. We have decided not to replace the crystal since it's original but if you prefer a new (not original) we can of course replace the original one.
