The Seamasters was launched in 1948 and have achieved worldwide fame for their rugged reliability. The Seamaster family had its origins in the watches supplied to the British Airforce during the second world war. The large size medallion (19 mm diameter) was first introduced in 1958.

The Condition
This is a lovely original vintage Omega Seamaster with black dial. The watch have a stunning gilt dial that is in very good condition with just small signs of ageing. The case is well preserved despite the age but there is, as you can see some signs of use. The crown is original and the crystal is new without any dents or scratches.
