On the case back: the famous medallion featuring an observatory crowned by a constellation of eight stars, evoking the numeros exploits of Omega in world chronometer competition, among which are the famous world precision records set in 1933 and 1936.The constellation stands for pride, luxury and prestige.
The C-constellation was launched in the early 1964 and gots it name for the C-shaped case. It says that the star himself - Gerald Genta designed the C-shape Constellations.

The Condition
Lovely guilloché bezel. Silky guilloché dials in silver/steel, polished and riveted baguette hour markers with black line, black baton hands, satin-brushed case middles with small mirror-polished bevels - all in very good condition. The case and crystal shows some light signs of wear and the bracelet got some stretch - but overall; this is an amazing watch that you don't see very often!
