The name Constellation was suggested to Adolphe Vallat, Omega’s sales manager, by Bruno Passoni, a sales representative of Carlo De Marchi, Omega’s general agent for Italy.

The Condition
This amazing semi-vintage Omega Constellation has a caliber 1445, untouched and original white dial, golden marks and hands. All in a lovely condition for a watch that is over 30 years old.
The dial is in a very good condition with just small, small signes of ageing. Beautiful and intact lume and the hands.
The case got signs of wear but as you see, the case is still in good condition with sharp and beautiful lines.
Overall, this is a lovely 1961070 - ready to be used for many years!
