The Watch
Louis Brandt (born year 1825) founded an assembly workshop in La Chaux-de-Fonds back in 1848 - that was the beginning of OMEGA. His sons; Loius-Paul Brandt and César Brandt further developed the company and were among the first to apply refined mechanical manufacturing procedures to high quality watches.
The year 1894 saw the beginning of the production of the famous Omega calibers, remarkable for its perfect construction. With the end of the second World War Omega is overwhelmed with orders. In this period this rare Omega was made!

The Condition
This is a stunner!
It have been a long time since we saw a towe-tone 2791-2 in this amazing original condition. Its hard to get that this Omega was made in 1954.
The dial of this watch is a well preserved 100% factory original. The twotone ”creamy” patina dial is very beautiful as we hope you can tell from the photos. There is some small signs of ageing but for a watch from 1954, its amazing.
The case is the bigger one at 36mm and is in a very good condition with still sharp lines. There is of course some singa of ageing and wear but nothing remarkabel
The crystal is new!
This is a keeper for the vintage watch connoisseur.
