Doxa was founded in 1889 by Georges Ducommun. From the beginning they made pocket watches but in the early 1900's they made classic dress watches. Its in this era also our beauty was made.
It is in the late 1960s Doxa decided to devote resources to create a watch to be used for diving. Doxa consulted with divers, including Jacques Cousteau then chairman of "U.S. Divers," and Claude Wesly. Togheter they took importen steps to make one of the best diverwatches ever made - the orange DOXA Sub 300T.

The Condition
This vintage DOXA is in a very nice condition. The dial is well preseved and the case got light signs of use. The original crown and chrystal is like new.
